This old timer's name has come up a lot lately, but he would certainly laugh if you told him why. No one can touch this gelding as far as heart, versatility and class. At least not in his day...perhaps LAVA MAN is getting close.

The TORONTO STAR reported this morning that Sovereign award winning rider RUI PIMENTAL has been charged with four counts of internet luring. The 1997 apprentice of the year in Canada, 33, is named in the story and Toronto police allege that "a man had sexually explicit conversations with an undercover officer who was posing online as a 13-year-old girl." It also said the man allegedly sent explicit photos of himself. Pimental appears in court on April 12.
